Rental & Delivery Process

Our Process for Professional Home Stagers, Decorators, Designers, and Licensed Real Estate Professionals

Please note: We exclusively serve professional home stagers, decorators, designers, or licensed real estate professionals. We do not rent directly to the public.

Additionally, we require a valid business card along with a website, Instagram, or Facebook account for furniture rentals.

How to Place a Rental Order:

  1. Browse our catalog and add your selections to the Cart.
  2. Submit your request using the “Quote Request Sheet.” This form gathers your information and is sent directly to InStyle Staging Corner. You can also email your request if preferred. This step does not involve any charges or payment.
  3. We will confirm receipt of your request via email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please text us at 519.562.9954.
  4. We will verify item availability and confirm your request. A 20% deposit is required to secure your order. Items will not be reserved without a deposit. Full payment for orders is due one day prior to delivery.
  5. You’ll receive an email confirming the delivery date and time closer to the scheduled date.

Payment Information:

  • Pricing displayed on our website is based on a 4-week rental period.
  • A 20% deposit is due within 24 hours of confirming your order. Items will not be prepared for delivery without this deposit.
  • Full payment is required one day prior to delivery.

Please note: There is no minimum order requirement. We offer a range of smaller accessories not featured online. You’re welcome to schedule a showroom visit for these items.

Rental Agreements:

  • Agreements begin on the delivery date for a 4-week rental period. They will automatically extend on a 4-week basis unless terminated by either party.
  • Customers may terminate the Rental Agreement by providing written notice before the anniversary date of the initial delivery.

Delivery Information:

  • Delivery and set-up, as well as pick-up, are available.
  • Delivery fees:
    • Windsor, Tecumseh, and LaSalle: $99 (includes delivery and pick-up)
    • Belle River: $199 (includes delivery and pick-up)
    • Kingsville: $199 (includes delivery and pick-up)
    • Leamington: $249 (includes delivery and pick-up)

Note: You may arrange to pick up items yourself, ensuring the same care is taken to prevent any damage.

Delivery Day Instructions:

  • Ensure your presence at the scheduled time.
  • Have the designated areas ready for furniture placement.
  • Clear the driveway.
  • Complete all property renovations and cleaning before furniture delivery.
  • A charge of $35 for every half hour may apply if the delivery process is delayed due to factors beyond our control.

Winter Delivery Instructions:

  • Clear driveways, steps, and porches of snow and apply salt before the arrival of the movers.

Pick Up Instructions:

  • Be present at the scheduled pick-up time once the staging project is complete.
